Are your suits Half-Canvassed or Full-Canvassed?

All our suit jackets are Half-Canvassed. You can request a Full-Canvassed Upgrade at an added cost. See Construction for more details.

Are the suits Hand-Stitched or Machine manufactured?

Our manufacturing partners use state of the art specialized machines for suit making to manufacture your masterpiece. In the final steps, the tailors add their personal hand-touch to each suit to make it truly yours.

Where are the suits manufactured?

Our manufacturing partners are based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Where is WOLTUX based in?

WOLTUX is an online company based in San Diego, California. We operate all over the United States and have reps in many states.

What kind of fabrics do you use?

At WOLTUX we offer a wide variety of Australian Merino Wool fabrics which include pure wool and wool blends. Most of our suits are made from Super 100s, Super 120s and Super 140s wool ranging from 16.5-micron to 21-micron. See Fabrics for more details.

Can I request a fabric design that I do not see on the website?

Yes, you can use the special request form and send us the picture of the design you are looking for and we will inform you if we have an exact match or close match. We do not guarantee fabric availability and composition.

Can I order fabric swatches?

Yes, you can go on the Fabrics page and order up to 7 swatches. If you end up purchasing a suit, the fabric swatch cost would be credited towards your suit cost.

What is a custom-printed inner lining and how to order one?

This is one of the unique features WOLTUX offers. You can submit us any design, pictures, logos or text and we can get it printed on the inner lining of the suit. To start the process, you need to select the Custom Inner Lining Option in the Customize Now Button and a team member will reach out to you after order placement to design your inner lining.

Can I request a customization option that I do not see in the Customize now button?

Sure, you can use the additional comments box in the customize now form to request a special customization.

Do you do children suits?

Yes, our suit sizes are based on custom measurements.

Shipping & Order Tracking

How long does shipping take?

You will receive your suit within 3-5 weeks of placing your order.

Do you offer shipping outside the US?

Not now, but we are expanding fast and will soon be offering this option.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can contact our customer service to change the shipping destination or even contact your shipping carrier for a change once you have a tracking number.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use FedEx and DHL for shipping services. We ship our products directly from our partners in Pakistan to your home address for faster delivery.

How long does it take for my suit to arrive once it is shipped?

It usually takes 3-5 days unless there is a weather delay or an unforeseen


Can I get my delivery faster?

You can choose a 9-day express shipping option at checkout for an added cost of $49 if you want your suit earlier.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders. Express Shipping has an extra cost of $49.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we have a comprehensive order tracker that shows you on which step of the process your order is on. You can access it in your account. Additionally, once the product is shipped, you will also be emailed your shipping tracking information.

Fit and Measurements

How do measurements work?

Upon order placement, you will receive a link with information and instructions regarding the Mirrorsize App that you will download and follow the instructions to get measured in as low as 20 seconds. We also offer zoom fitting sessions. We may contact you for measurement verifications if needed. See Measurement for more detail.

What do I need to get measured?

Just a smart phone! A soft tape maybe needed if we reach out to you for verifications.

How will I know if you received m measurements?

If you have used the WOLTUX login we provided, put your correct name, and pressed the Done button at the end of the measurement process we will receive the measurements. You can see it updated on your order tracker once we receive your measurements.

Why do I have to measure myself again?

If you do not follow the app instructions properly, we would reach out to remeasure yourself. We may also reach out to you if we need to do additional verifications.

The measurements on the App are different from my actual measurements?

The app often measures your body from different starting and ending points, so do not worry as long as you followed the instructions accurately.

What happens if my suit does not fit me?

WOLTUX uses a comprehensive measurement process which involves Artificial Intelligence supported technology, body measurement algorithms, tailor review and quality checks to ensure you get a perfect fit suit. However, sometimes alteration issues could arise, and we have an alteration policy and a remake policy in place to help you out. See terms and conditions for more details.

Where can I view my measurements?

You can view your measurements in your account under measurement profile tab.

Payments and Other Policies

How are you responding to COVID-19?

WOLTUX is fully operational and normal delivery times are still applicable. We deeply care about the safety of our team members and customers. We have taken several steps and precautions to ensure the health and safety of our team members and customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments must be processed through the WOLTUX website. We use Stripe to process payments, and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit or debit cards for payment. Our representatives are not allowed to collect cash, check or Venmo payments unless approved by WOLTUX and the customer.

Why do I have to pay before the measurement process?

Our app’s access is not to open to public, so we only share the details with our customers once the order is placed. You will receive the login access and instructions in an email right after you place the order. If you are still prefer to be measured before placing the order, you can reach out to us and we can provide you access via email before placing the order.

Do you accept returns?

We do offer a return policy in certain situations. However, we do encourage you to use our remake and alteration policy to resolve any issues you may have with your suit. See terms and conditions for more details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if within 24 hours of placing it. See terms and conditions for more details.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes, changes can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. You can reach out to us to request a change. You will liable for any cost changes as a result of the change.


When should I place my order?

We recommend you reach out to us 2-3 months before the wedding to start the process.

Can I place my order late?

We ship orders in 3-5 weeks. You can use our express shipping option to get it within 2 weeks.

What happens if our suit does not fit?

We have a very high perfect fit rate. However, if a situation like that arises, WOLTUX has an alteration policy to cover adjustments up to $50. We also leave extra cloth within the suit to cater for any changes if needed.

What if my groomsmen are in different cities?

This is a common situation for us, and our highly trained reps will reach out to your group members and help them with the process.

How does your fitting process take place?

Our reps can travel to certain locations to fit you up as well as offer virtual fittings.

Do you really get a FREE Suit with a wedding group?

YES! If you have the required number of people in your group based on our Wedding Deals, you will receive 1 FREE Suit as wedding gift from WOLTUX.

Do you offer offers and group deals?

Yes, we offer a variety of deals based on your group size and requirements. Check out our Wedding Deals for more details.

Do you also provide shirts?

No. But we do plan on increasing our product offerings in the future.

Can different people in my group choose a different quality fabric?

Yes. Before we send you your personalized wedding page, we will ask you about it.

Can I get other accessories with my suit?

Yes, we can help you out with pocket squares and ties.

I do not know how to customize my suit. What do I do?

Your WOLTUX Rep will guide you through the process and share some ideas. If you are not interested in customizing your suit, you will automatically get our expert selected default options.

Does it cost extra to customize my suit?

Most of our customizations are FREE. However, some of them do cost extra depending on what you choose. Some of our group deals do offer FREE Add-Ons.

Can you print anything inside my suit?

Yes, you can order a printed inner lining and submit us the design picture in the specified format.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE unless you use the express shipping option.

What is the Original 140’s Club?

The Original 140’s club is an exclusive community of well-dressed gentleman with a

shared passion for dressing up and service. WOLTUX will not enroll more than 140 members in this club. Members will get access to VIP only events, Express Shipping, Award shows, great discounts, special badges, and a lot more.

How do I sign up for one of these programs?

Simply go on the Sign-Up Link here and select the program you want to be a part of and meet the membership requirements of. Everyone is welcome to join the Lapel Rewards Programs.

What is the difference between the 3 programs?

Qualification requirements and benefits differ from program to program. Everyone is welcome to join our Lapel Rewards Program, the Merino Club requires a minimum of 3 purchases a year while the Original 140’s Club is exclusive and requires WOLTUX Approval to become a part of it. What are the benefits of joining one of these programs?

What is the W-Coin?

W-Coins are WOLTUX’s very own currency that every member of one of our customer loyalty programs get awarded on every purchase they make. You get 10 W-Coins on every dollar spent on the WOLTUX Website.

How can I use my W-Coins?

You can use the W-Coins by get gifts for yourself from the W-Coin Store, buying gift cards or donating to a charity.

Where do I see my W-Coins?

You can log in to your account and click the rewards program tab. Unused W-Coins expire every 18 months.
