WOLTUX uses a comprehensive measurement process which involves Artificial Intelligence supported technology, body measurement algorithms, tailor review and quality checks to ensure you get a perfect fit suit. However, sometimes alteration issues could arise, and we have an alteration policy to help our customers by sharing the costs. If your suit does not fit you the way you prefer or you want any other changes, we cover 50% of your alteration cost. We have a cap of $100 of the maximum amount we can reimburse for alteration costs. To get your reimbursement, follow the below process:
- Go to any local tailor and get your alterations done
- Email us the receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will refund the appropriate amount according to our policy to the credit/debit card used during the purchase .It could take 7-10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. We are not responsible for alterations caused due to significant weight changes.
Shipping is FREE on all orders. You will receive your product in 3-5 weeks upon order placement. We do offer an express 9-day shipping option for an additional cost of $59 which you select during checkout for faster delivery.
Since our products are custom made just for you, we only accept returns in the following situations:
- The product or the customizations you requested do not match what you ordered. You will be offered a free remake in this situation as well.
- WOLTUX did a free remake for you and it is required to send us back your original product for that.
- If you do not like the product for any reason, but it does not have any qualified issue, you can return it and receive a refund after the deduction of a service fee
The product must be undamaged, unworn, and unaltered in both cases. If your product meets one of the above conditions, you can email us at email@example.com with your order number to get the process started. You may be asked to submit photos. Returns will be accepted only if we receive them within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.
The product would be sent back to the nearest WOLTUX Representative in your area. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return information.
At WOLTUX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the product does not meet your requirements, cannot be altered, or is severely damaged we will do a FREE remake for you.
To request a remake, you can reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Your request will be reviewed by our administrative team and you will be informed if you qualify for a free remake or an alternate corrective measure. You may be asked to submit photos depending on the situation as well as return your original product. Remakes will only be done if the request is received within 2 weeks of the customer receiving the order.
You can cancel your order or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Our refund policy would differ in each situation:
- If you cancel you order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund.
- If you get alterations, you will receive an alteration refund according to our alteration policy.
- In the case of a qualified return, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
- In the case of an unqualified return, you will receive a refund after the deduction of a $100-$200 service fee per product depending on your product and location.
- For minor issues, you could be given the appropriate refund amount in the form of credit that you can use on our website.
